Una generacio\u0301n que jugo\u0301 a la bolita, a la pelota, a los clubes y que jugo\u0301 Mario bros y tantos otros; que domina la ma\u0301quina de escribir y que con la llegada de las computadoras supo entender el hardware y software para dominar hoy el mundo digital. Una generacio\u0301n que conocio\u0301 el fax y usa el correo ele\u0301ctro\u0301nico, el whatsapp y la redes digitales. Una generacio\u0301n que hizo cursos de lectura r\u00e1pida leyendo sobre papel y ahora tambie\u0301n lo hace en digital. Desde el casette, pasando por el vhs y el beta, al mundo internet. La teconologi\u0301a es sin duda una herramienta poderosa, tanto asi\u0301 que el 54% de la generacio\u0301n X y el 56% de los millennials informaron que son digitalmente inteligentes.\\n\\n<\/div>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"page\\\" title=\\\"Page 2\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"section\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"layoutArea\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"column\\\">\\n\\nUna generacio\u0301n que vivio\u0301 crisis ecoono\u0301micas fuertes y que aprendio\u0301 que el trabajo es parte de la vida, no la vida en si\u0301 misma y que avanza en la articulacio\u0301n de este equilibrio. Una generacio\u0301n que valora las actividades culturales y la naturaleza y segu\u0301n un estudio de la Universidad de Michigan realizado por Miller, \u201clos adultos de la Generacio\u0301n X esta\u0301n felices con sus vidas, con un nivel promedio de 7,5 en una escala de diez puntos en la cual el 10 equivale a \u201cmuy feliz\u201d.\\n\\nMe pregunto muchas veces, como esta generaci\u00f3n que se ha adaptado a cambios tan potentes, en ocasiones tiene dificultades para adaptarse y\/o promover el cambio en las organizaciones. \u00bfNo son una generacio\u0301n caracterizada por la flexiblidad, la adaptacio\u0301n, el aprendizaje y el deseo de crecer?\\n\\nDe hecho, casi el 50% aprende en forma continua para perfeccionarse y el 67% dijo que le gustari\u0301a recibir coaching, segu\u0301n datos publicados en el Global Leadership Forecast 2018. Seri\u0301a simple entonces para esta generacio\u0301n que lidera ma\u0301s del 50% de las organizaciones, gestionar los cambios y sin embargo, falta alguna vuelta de tuerca. Quiza\u0301 basta con linkear con nuestras experiencias de adaptacio\u0301n, aplicando lo aprendido y todo lo que llevo al e\u0301xito en su momento, a los desafi\u0301os que se nos presentan hoy. Es necesario hacerlo con alto sentido de responsabilidad ya que somos los padres de los tambie\u0301n maravillosos millenials que ya comenzaron a emprender y a desafiar para generar el cambio que ellos implantara\u0301n. Ya ellos tambie\u0301n esta\u0301n liderando y sera\u0301n el 50% de la fuerza laboral en el 2025.\\n\\n\u00bfQuie\u0301n mejor para adaptarse a la diversidad generacional que coexiste en las empresas, e integrar el talento inter-generacional, que una generacio\u0301n caracterizada por lo cambios?\\nSe trata de recordar y aplicar. Tenemos adema\u0301s de la historia, el empuje de las nuevas generaciones que nos ensen\u0303an y nos muestran lo que vendra\u0301. La generacio\u0301n X esta\u0301 llamada a conectar con las experiencias de e\u0301xito en la adaptacio\u0301n a los cambios y poner en juego aquellos aspectos que en sus momentos permitieron aprender y ser parte de lo nuevo.\\n\\nSe trata tambie\u0301n de valores, integracio\u0301n, comunicacio\u0301n, objetivos, compromiso, accio\u0301n, responsabilidad con el hoy y el man\u0303ana.
