Si, \u00a1innovar au\u0301n en momentos de alta adversidad!\\n\\nEn entornos de alta incertidumbre, la seguridad es anti\u0301doto para mantener resultados positivos, asi\u0301 como para asegurar la salud emocional y fi\u0301sica. Cuando los entornos no son seguros el cerebro activa respuestas de lucha huida incapacitando el pensamiento siste\u0301mico y estrate\u0301gico. Se activan respuestas automa\u0301ticas aprendidas para protegernos, las cuales podra\u0301n no ser adecuadas en la situacio\u0301n actual.\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"page\\\" title=\\\"Page 2\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"section\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"layoutArea\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"column\\\">\\n\\nEn entornos seguros las personas desplegamos nuestras potencialidades, mantenemos nuestra estabilidad y logramos ser creativos, encontrando nuevas opciones, au\u0301n en momentos de alta demanda.\\n\\nUn gran motivo por el que los li\u0301deres tienen la responsabilidad de promover seguridad en estos momentos particulares de mercado con entornos inciertos, que esta\u0301n implicando pe\u0301rdida de puestos laborales y hasta cierre de plantas completas. Casi diariamente somos informados de nuevas medidas de empresas que histo\u0301ricamente daban buenos resultados y au\u0301n siendo li\u0301deres en su rubro, hoy esta\u0301n \u201cajustando los cinturones\u201d y reconvirtiendo sus estructuras y negocios, de cara a mantener las compan\u0303i\u0301as.\\n\\nAnte este panorama de alta inseguridad para todos y de alto desafi\u0301o, \u00bfes posible generar seguridad en tus colaboradores?\\n\\nLaura Delizonna en la Harvard Business Review, revelo\u0301 co\u0301mo lo logro\u0301 con e\u0301xito Paul Santagata, Head of Industry at Google:\\n\\n1. Abordando el conflicto como si fuera un colaborador en lugar de un enemigo.\\n\\nAdema\u0301s funciona, una vez ma\u0301s, invitar a tus colaboradores a participar, a pensar contigo co\u0301mo abordar esta situacio\u0301n altamente compleja. Tene\u0301 en cuenta que en todos los casos hay benecios, y preguntate en cada situacio\u0301n: \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la oportunidad?\\n\\n2. Te recomiendo que cuides a cada persona, con alto sentido e\u0301tico y de responsabilidad. Disen\u0303a tus posibles respuestas anticipa\u0301ndote a co\u0301mo reaccionara\u0301 tu colaborador. Santagata especi\u0301camente, se pregunta:\\n\\n\u00bfCua\u0301les son los puntos principales a transmitir?\\n\\n\u00bfCua\u0301les son las tres maneras en que mis oyentes podra\u0301n responder?\\n\\n\u00bfCo\u0301mo respondere\u0301 a cada uno de esos escenarios?\u201d\\n\\n4. Reemplaza\u0301 la culpa con curiosidad.\\n\\nUtilizando una postura abierta y dispuesta al aprendizaje, informa\u0301 datos especi\u0301cos y en forma neutral. Pregunta\u0301 acerca de los motivos generadores y pedi\u0301 a tus colaboradores soluciones. Plantea Santagata que es importante preguntar directamente:\\n\\nQue\u0301 crees que esta\u0301 pasando?\\n\\nCua\u0301l seri\u0301a tu escenario ideal?\\n\\nCo\u0301mo podri\u0301a apoyarte?\\n\\n5. Ped\u00ed retroalimentacio\u0301n sobre co\u0301mo diste tu mensaje.\\n\\nEs una forma de Iluminar en zonas oscuras, desarmar un posible enfrentamiento y aportar a la comunicacio\u0301n, la flexibilidad y la confianza. \u201cSantagata cierra conversaciones difi\u0301ciles con estas preguntas:\\n\\n\u00bfQue\u0301 funciono\u0301 y que\u0301 no funciono\u0301 en lo planteado?\\n\\n\u00bfCo\u0301mo te sentiste al escuchar este mensaje?\\n\\n\u00bfCo\u0301mo podri\u0301a haberlo presentado ma\u0301s efectivamente?\u201d\\n\\n6. Medir la seguridad psicolo\u0301gica.\\n\\nEn forma perio\u0301dica buscar alternativas amigables como ser conversaciones 1 a 1, juntas de equipo y au\u0301n formatos como encuestas , entre otras formas que se ajusten a vos y tus colaboradores.\\n\\n\u201cSantagata perio\u0301dicamente le pregunta a su equipo que\u0301 tan seguros se sienten y que\u0301 podri\u0301a mejorar su sensacio\u0301n de seguridad\u201d.\\n\\nManagers que son verdaderos li\u0301deres conocen los beneficios de estas pra\u0301cticas y no solo favorecen la transformacio\u0301n que los negocios necesitan para adaptarse, sino que aportan valor al desarrollo de sus equipos y
