Dos palabras contienen la posibilidad de cambio, y ellas son: humildad y congruencia. Solo una persona humilde lograra\u0301 hacer crecer al otro al punto de ponerse en tal situacio\u0301n inco\u0301moda que requiera re inventarse para dar sentido a lo que hace. Y esta es la experiencia de Javier, quien al delegar sus dos mejores proyectos,\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"page\\\" title=\\\"Page 2\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"section\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"layoutArea\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"column\\\">\\n\\nse quedo\u0301 con una sensacio\u0301n de vaci\u0301o. Es asi\u0301 que comenzo\u0301 a percibir y entender que su rol esta\u0301 lejos de la operativa y la microgestio\u0301n para ser facilitador de desarrollo.\\n\\nEn sus propias palabras, su cambio implico\u0301:\\n<\/p>\n<ul>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>ayudar a pensar<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>generar inteligencia colectiva de forma eficiente<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>acompan\u0303ar y ayudar a mantener el ritmo<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>generar un ecosistema de autogestio\u0301n<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>clarificar conceptos, metas y objetivos<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>ayudar a encauzar cualquier iniciativa alinea\u0301ndola con los objetivos<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>establecer un rumbo, no un destino, porque la realidad te lo va a cambiar<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>buscar equilibrar servicio al cliente con rentabilidad<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>hacer evolucionar a las personas en la forma de pensar y trabajar.<\/li>\n<p>\\n<\/ul>\n<p>\\nEstos son algunos de los impactos de transformarse en un li\u0301der coach y por lo tanto en un facilitador de posibilidades infinitas.\\n\\nSer li\u0301der coach se trata justamente de gestionar relaciones, resultados, planes, tiempo, intereses, propo\u0301sitos&#8230; Se trata de ser un entrenado observador y un maestro comunicador, que gestiona y actu\u0301a en funcio\u0301n de personas concretas, con valores y congruencia, en un negocio determinado y una situacio\u0301n de mercado particular.\\nLos li\u0301deres muchas veces se encuentran con presupuestos desafiantes y mercados complejos que son exigentes y, sin embargo, se sienten retenidos en la operativa sin tiempo para enfocarse en la estrategia y aplicar una visio\u0301n desapegada y cri\u0301tica.\\n\\nEsto es lo que logro\u0301 Javier al retirarse de la operativa y delegar, au\u0301n sintiendo miedo por su posicio\u0301n. Su miedo le implico\u0301 redisen\u0303arse para \u201cjusticar\u201d su remuneracio\u0301n, cuando encontro\u0301 un sentido mucho ma\u0301s profundo.\\n\\nUn coach acompan\u0303a para descubrir fortalezas y oportunidades, asi\u0301 como patrones de conducta que son desconocidos a la persona.\\nEmpodera de tal forma que favorece el desarrollo de inteligencia emocional y asertividad. Ensen\u0303a a \u201cdespegar\u201d y cada acontecimiento tiene un sentido de oportunidad estableciendo una diferencia cri\u0301tica en el desarrollo a largo plazo, aprovechando la energi\u0301a de los valores y las pasiones para guiarnos a un futuro cada vez mejor.\\n\\nEl miedo es un sentimiento inherente al ser humano que nos salvaguarda del peligro, para lo cual nuestro organismo a nivel fi\u0301sico y emocional despliega respuestas especi\u0301ficas. Cuando el miedo no responde a amenazas concretas, esas respuestas no tienen sentido y si el autoconocimiento forma parte de nuestro repertorio, podremos entender que la reaccio\u0301n de lucha o huida no aplica. Es asi\u0301 que podremos generar \u0308lo nuevo \u0308. Una de las preguntas que se hizo Javier para gestionar su propio miedo y transformarse, fue: \u201c\u00bfCua\u0301l es mi futuro en estos modelos colaborativos y de liderazgo colectivo?\u201d\\n\\nY la respuesta de Javier y tantos Javieres que conozco, quienes identificaron que debi\u0301an accionar al comprender la necesidad de este cambio, fue:\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"page\\\" title=\\\"Page 2\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"section\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"layoutArea\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"column\\\">\\n<\/p>\n<ul>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>centrarse en aportar valor en lugar de emplear tiempo en controlar<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>lograr mayor calidad de vida -dentro y fuera del trabajo- \u201c\u00bfacaso seguimos pensando en el trabajo fuera del trabajo? \u00bfhasta cua\u0301ndo?\u201d<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>no emplear tiempo fi\u0301sico y mental en resolver problemas que el propio equipo puede resolver<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>invertir tiempo en la mejora continua en lugar de estar apagando incendios<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>dedicar un espacio para la innovacio\u0301n<\/li>\n<p>\\n<\/ul>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"page\\\" title=\\\"Page Es asi\u0301 que comenzo\u0301 a percibir y entender que su rol esta\u0301 lejos de la operativa y la microgestio\u0301n para ser facilitador de desarrollo.\\n\\nEn sus propias palabras, su cambio implico\u0301:\\n \\n \\t ayudar a pensar \\n \\t generar inteligencia colectiva de forma eficiente \\n \\t acompan\u0303ar y ayudar a mantener el ritmo \\n \\t generar un ecosistema de autogestio\u0301n \\n \\t clarificar conceptos, metas y objetivos \\n \\t ayudar a encauzar cualquier iniciativa alinea\u0301ndola con los objetivos \\n \\t establecer un rumbo, no un destino, porque la realidad te lo va a cambiar \\n \\t buscar equilibrar servicio al cliente con rentabilidad \\n \\t hacer evolucionar a las personas en la forma de pensar y trabajar. \\n \\nEstos son algunos de los impactos de transformarse en un li\u0301der coach y por lo tanto en un facilitador de posibilidades infinitas.\\n\\nSer li\u0301der coach se trata justamente de gestionar relaciones, resultados, planes, tiempo, intereses, propo\u0301sitos&#8230; Se trata de ser un entrenado observador y un maestro comunicador, que gestiona y actu\u0301a en funcio\u0301n de personas concretas, con valores y congruencia, en un negocio determinado y una situacio\u0301n de mercado particular.\\nLos li\u0301deres muchas veces se encuentran con presupuestos desafiantes y mercados complejos que son exigentes y, sin embargo, se sienten retenidos en la operativa sin tiempo para enfocarse en la estrategia y aplicar una visio\u0301n desapegada y cri\u0301tica.\\n\\nEsto es lo que logro\u0301 Javier al retirarse de la operativa y delegar, au\u0301n sintiendo miedo por su posicio\u0301n. Su miedo le implico\u0301 redisen\u0303arse para \u201cjusticar\u201d su remuneracio\u0301n, cuando encontro\u0301 un sentido mucho ma\u0301s profundo.\\n\\nUn coach acompan\u0303a para descubrir fortalezas y oportunidades, asi\u0301 como patrones de conducta que son desconocidos a la persona.\\nEmpodera de tal forma que favorece el desarrollo de inteligencia emocional y asertividad. Ensen\u0303a a \u201cdespegar\u201d y cada acontecimiento tiene un sentido de oportunidad estableciendo una diferencia cri\u0301tica en el desarrollo a largo plazo, aprovechando la energi\u0301a de los valores y las pasiones para guiarnos a un futuro cada vez mejor.\\n\\nEl miedo es un sentimiento inherente al ser humano que nos salvaguarda del peligro, para lo cual nuestro organismo a nivel fi\u0301sico y emocional despliega respuestas especi\u0301ficas. vinieron a la memoria tantas caras con nombres y apellidos, que al igual que Javier hicieron cambios extraordinarios en sus roles, sus vidas y en las de cada colaborador con quienes trabajan.nnCuando esto sucede la experiencia parece ma\u0301gica. Dos palabras contienen la posibilidad de cambio, y ellas son: humildad y congruencia. Solo una persona humilde lograra\u0301 hacer crecer al otro al punto de ponerse en tal situacio\u0301n inco\u0301moda que requiera re inventarse para dar sentido a lo que hace. Y esta es la experiencia de Javier, quien al delegar sus dos mejores proyectos,n n n n nnse quedo\u0301 con una sensacio\u0301n de vaci\u0301o. Es asi\u0301 que comenzo\u0301 a percibir y entender que su rol esta\u0301 lejos de la operativa y la microgestio\u0301n para ser facilitador de desarrollo.nnEn sus propias palabras, su cambio implico\u0301:n n t ayudar a pensar n t generar inteligencia colectiva de forma eficiente n t acompan\u0303ar y ayudar a mantener el ritmo n t generar un ecosistema de autogestio\u0301n n t clarificar conceptos, metas y objetivos n t ayudar a encauzar cualquier iniciativa alinea\u0301ndola con los objetivos n t establecer un rumbo, no un destino, porque la realidad te lo va a cambiar n t buscar equilibrar servicio al cliente con rentabilidad n t hacer evolucionar a las personas en la forma de pensar y trabajar. n nEstos son algunos de los impactos de transformarse en un li\u0301der coach y por lo tanto en un facilitador de posibilidades infinitas.nnSer li\u0301der coach se trata justamente de gestionar relaciones, resultados, planes, tiempo, intereses, propo\u0301sitos&#8230; Se trata de ser un entrenado observador y un maestro comunicador, que gestiona y actu\u0301a en funcio\u0301n de personas concretas, con valores y congruencia, en un negocio determinado y una situacio\u0301n de mercado particular.nLos li\u0301deres muchas veces se encuentran con presupuestos desafiantes y mercados complejos que son exigentes y, sin embargo, se sienten retenidos en la operativa sin tiempo para enfocarse en la estrategia y aplicar una visio\u0301n desapegada y cri\u0301tica.nnEsto es lo que logro\u0301 Javier al retirarse de la operativa y delegar, au\u0301n sintiendo miedo por su posicio\u0301n. Su miedo le implico\u0301 redisen\u0303arse para \u201cjusticar\u201d su remuneracio\u0301n, cuando encontro\u0301 un sentido mucho ma\u0301s profundo.nnUn coach acompan\u0303a para descubrir fortalezas y oportunidades, asi\u0301 como patrones de conducta que son desconocidos a la persona.nEmpodera de tal forma que favorece el desarrollo de inteligencia emocional y asertividad. Ensen\u0303a a \u201cdespegar\u201d y cada acontecimiento tiene un sentido de oportunidad estableciendo una diferencia cri\u0301tica en el desarrollo a largo plazo, aprovechando la energi\u0301a de los valores y las pasiones para guiarnos a un futuro cada vez mejor.nnEl miedo es un sentimiento inherente al ser humano que nos salvaguarda del peligro, para lo cual nuestro organismo a nivel fi\u0301sico y emocional despliega respuestas especi\u0301ficas. Cuando el miedo no responde a amenazas concretas, esas respuestas no tienen sentido y si el autoconocimiento forma parte de nuestro repertorio, podremos entender que la reaccio\u0301n de lucha o huida no aplica.
