Adem\u00e1s las personas agradecidas son m\u00e1s emp\u00e1ticas y pac\u00edficas, as\u00ed como reportan mejor salud y ser m\u00e1s felices.\\n\\nMuy conocidos son los aportes de Emmons, profesor en la Universidad de California y fundador y editor en jefe del Journal of Positive Psychology, quien junto con Mc. Cullough, profesor de psicolog\u00eda en la Universidad de Miami, llev\u00f3 adelante una interesante investigaci\u00f3n sobre los beneficios de la gratitud. Conformaban la investigaci\u00f3n tres grupos que deb\u00edan registrar diariamente: un grupo anotaba aquello por lo que estaban agradecidos, el segundo eso que los enojaba y el tercero aspectos neutrales. Pasadas solo 10 semanas las personas del grupo de la gratitud reportaban mejor salud, mayor empat\u00eda y desempe\u00f1os m\u00e1s elevados.\\n\\nSeligman, referente de la Psicolog\u00eda Positiva, enfatiza en el desarrollo de la gratitud como una fortaleza psicol\u00f3gica que se relaciona con el sentido de la vida y la trascendencia.\\n\\nLos estudios demuestran que permanecer agradecidos en forma consciente genera cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos positivos en el organismo, fortaleciendo el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico: mejora la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, la calidad de la respiraci\u00f3n, la oxigenaci\u00f3n y el ritmo card\u00edaco. A nivel cognitivo, agradecer orienta nuestra atenci\u00f3n hacia lo que merece ser agradecido en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, fortalece una mirada y valoraci\u00f3n positiva de la vida y aumenta el sentido de bienestar, la autoestima y la empat\u00eda.\\n\\nM\u00e1s beneficios de practicar la gratitud:\\n<\/p>\n<ul>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Disminuye la presi\u00f3n arterial<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Ayuda a combatir adicciones<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Favorece el sue\u00f1o saludable<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Aumenta el optimismo<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Genera mayor resiliencia ante situaciones dif\u00edciles<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Disminuye la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y el estr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Favorece el autocontrol<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Disminuye la envidia y el resentimiento<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Mejora las funciones cognitivas y el desempe\u00f1o<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Aumenta la satisfacci\u00f3n en la vida y la esperanza<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Mejora la calidad de vida<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Aumenta la felicidad<\/li>\n<p>\\n<\/ul>\n<p>\\nAgradecer es una actitud que impactar\u00e1 en tu pasado, presente y futuro. El pasado podr\u00e1s resignificarlo con una mirada nueva y valorar de una forma diferente las experiencias vividas, tanto si fueron para ti negativas &#8211; de las cuales tendr\u00e1s nuevos aprendizajes &#8211; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n reforzar\u00e1s tu memorias positivas. En el presente, te permitir\u00e1 valorar lo que est\u00e1s viviendo justo en cada momento, y en el futuro te ayudar\u00e1 a pronosticar y planificar con mayor optimismo.\\n\\nLa gratitud te permitir\u00e1 tener emociones positivas y adem\u00e1s de transformar tu cerebro funcional y estructuralmente en positivo, fortalecer\u00e1s tu personalidad. Como dijo Einstein: &#8216;Solo hay dos formas de vivir la vida: una es pensando que nada es un milagro y la otra, es creer que todo lo es&#8217;.\\n\\nConcebir la vida como un regalo y cada d\u00eda de vida como tal, necesariamente nos lleva a agradecer. As\u00ed lo afirma\\n\\nDavid Steind-Rast en su <a href='https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/david_steindl_rast_want_to_be_happy_be_grateful?referrer=playlist-give_thanks&amp;autoplay=true-'>TED Talks<\/a>, donde relaciona felicidad y agradecimiento de una forma muy simple y compartible. Afirma que todos tenemos en com\u00fan el querer ser felices. Sostiene que no se es agradecido debido a la felicidad sino lo contrario, por agradecer se es feliz. Si la vida es un regalo y cada momento una oportunidad y posibilidad de aprender, tenemos que agradecerlo. Al agradecer el momento presente, eso que est\u00e1s viviendo a\u00fan cuando sea dif\u00edcil, te permitir\u00e1 aprender y te fortalecer\u00e1. Ser agradecido es una caracter\u00edstica de las personas felices. Propone una estrategia y hace una analog\u00eda cuando le ense\u00f1amos a los ni\u00f1os a cruzar la calle. Se trata de PARAR-OBSERVAR-ANDAR.\\n\\nTe dar\u00e1s cuenta que agradecer tiene connotaciones a nivel del pensamiento, de la emoci\u00f3n y de la acci\u00f3n. Es algo que he probado en m\u00ed misma y tambi\u00e9n con mis pacientes y coachees, realmente cambia la perspectiva y son evidentes los beneficios. Es una pr\u00e1ctica fortalecedora que tiene resultados tan impactantes que parecen m\u00e1gicos.\\n\\nPracticar la gratitud diariamente es m\u00e1s simple de lo que parece. Implica decisi\u00f3n y voluntad, as\u00ed como emprender acciones que luego de repetirlas por unas semanas, te permitir\u00e1n establecer el h\u00e1bito de agradecer y obtener sus beneficios.\\n\\nCuatro <em>tips<\/em> para activar la gratitud:\\n<\/p>\n<ul>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Al levantarte agradece un nuevo d\u00eda y destin\u00e1 unos breves minutos a dise\u00f1arlo. \u00bfQu\u00e9 quer\u00e9s y qu\u00e9 har\u00e1s para que eso pase? Record\u00e1 no focalizarte en lo que no quer\u00e9s que suceda sino en lo contrario.<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Observ\u00e1 a tu alrededor tus regalos diarios y agradecelos. Incluso en la naturaleza constatamos la belleza, la abundancia y mucho por lo que agradecer.<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Centrate en el vaso medio lleno. Podr\u00e1s tener una tendencia natural a mirar una u otra mitad. Fortalece la positiva, lo cual te aseguro que no es ingenuo, sino que es un h\u00e1bito de pensamiento que lograr\u00e1s establecer al cabo de unas pocas semanas. Promover\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n de hormonas del bienestar y es as\u00ed como ir\u00e1s transformando tu cerebro.<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo y muy importante, a la noche agradece por las tres mejores cosas que te pasaron en tu d\u00eda. Inmediatamente enseguida dormite. As\u00ed es que favorecer\u00e1s tu sue\u00f1o y descanso aumentando tambi\u00e9n tu Pasadas solo 10 semanas las personas del grupo de la gratitud reportaban mejor salud, mayor empat\u00eda y desempe\u00f1os m\u00e1s elevados.\\n\\nSeligman, referente de la Psicolog\u00eda Positiva, enfatiza en el desarrollo de la gratitud como una fortaleza psicol\u00f3gica que se relaciona con el sentido de la vida y la trascendencia.\\n\\nLos estudios demuestran que permanecer agradecidos en forma consciente genera cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos positivos en el organismo, fortaleciendo el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico: mejora la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, la calidad de la respiraci\u00f3n, la oxigenaci\u00f3n y el ritmo card\u00edaco.
