Si te lastimas, el cuerpo generar\u00e1 una reacci\u00f3n de inflamaci\u00f3n que posiblemente cause dolor o molestias, lo que te llama a limpiar la zona, descansar y, si es necesario, aplicar hielo u otras medidas adecuadas al caso. La inflamaci\u00f3n puede ser aguda, como ser\u00eda en el caso mencionado, es decir, una respuesta puntual a un &#8216;ataque&#8217; al organismo. Cada h\u00e1bito, consciente o no, acumula en el organismo consecuencias. Estas consecuencias se expresar\u00e1n a corto, mediano o largo plazo. Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, la salud se empoderar\u00e1 o deteriorar\u00e1. \u00bfDe qui\u00e9n depende? De ti.\\n\\n<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pod\u00e9s hacer para vivir y estar saludable?<\/strong>\\n\\nEn primer lugar vivir liviano, fluir desde la realidad que vivas. Potenciarte y orientarte en tu<strong> bienestar<\/strong> y el de tu entorno. Elegir los pensamientos, creencias y emociones. Construir tu propia realidad y resultados. Elegir ser feliz e impactar positivamente en tu vida y en tu entorno. Relacionarte con personas que te aportan, construir relaciones saludables, hacer cosas que te gustan.\\n\\nY adem\u00e1s, observar tus h\u00e1bitos y elegirlos conscientemente. Muchas veces, aprendemos h\u00e1bitos heredados o construidos que fueron funcionales en un momento dado y luego dejaron de serlo. Por alguna raz\u00f3n, los perpetuamos y generan disfuncionalidades en nuestra vida.\\n\\n<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 h\u00e1bitos impactan directamente en la inflamaci\u00f3n?<\/strong>\\n<\/p>\n<ul>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Alimentaci\u00f3n &#8211; Ocupate de darle a tu cuerpo energ\u00eda saludable. Una dieta variada y balanceada con mayor\u00eda de vegetales, con frutas y verduras, as\u00ed como grasas saludables. Elimin\u00e1 el exceso de az\u00facar y los alimentos ultraprocesados. Eleg\u00ed alimentos y condimentos antioxidantes y antiinflamatorios.<\/li>\n<p>\\n \\t<\/p>\n<li>Sue\u00f1o &#8211; Dorm\u00ed con calidad y durante suficiente tiempo.
