class=\"col-md-12 hc_text_block_cnt\"><div id=\"5ZtkF\" class=\"   \">COFCO International Services Uruguay es una oficina de servicios compartidos de la empresa CHINA \u201cCOFCO\u201d que dedicada a la procuraci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de alimentos en China.<br \/><br \/>COFCO adquiri\u00f3 entre el 2015 y 2017 dos empresas de trading multinacionales y de la fusi\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 el proyecto de crear un centro de servicios global en la ciudad de Porto Portugal. Dentro del plan estaba la idea de transferir las actividades de Montevideo a Porto con el cierre eventual de la oficina de Montevideo. En tal sentido nos visit\u00f3 el director de Finanzas e hizo el anuncio del cierre eventual a todos los empleados de la oficina de Montevideo.<br \/><br \/>\u00a1Frente al shock, la desilusi\u00f3n y angustia del personal, con el equipo gerencial local nos pusimos a pensar en que acciones pod\u00edamos tomar para demorar o modificar el destino anunciado de la oficina o simplemente esperar que llegara la muerte!<br \/><br \/>Unas de las decisiones que tomamos fue la de reforzar y promover a los mandos medios de los grupos de trabajo entendiendo que la mejor l\u00ednea de defensa era la demostraci\u00f3n de calidad de trabajo en base a la experiencia acumulada en las \u00e1reas de log\u00edstica y finanzas, la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo de la oficina y el liderazgo de los grupos de trabajo.<br \/><br \/>Para lograr estos objetivos tomamos contacto con HCC y realizamos un encuentro para esclarecer objetivos y acciones. En consecuencia, identificamos a personas claves a &#8216;potenciar&#8217; en un programa de coaching individualizado con participaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n gerencial con el fin de hacer un upgrade en los liderazgos de los equipos de trabajo. Este proceso de coaching se realiz\u00f3 por un periodo de unas 12 semanas con cada l\u00edder.<br \/><br \/>La prueba de fuego llego con la visita del director global de operaciones con quien se realizaron presentaciones por equipos de las personas lideres de equipos que hab\u00edan participado del coaching. \u00a1En la sesi\u00f3n final de la evaluaci\u00f3n del encuentro hab\u00eda que resumir en una palabra lo que cada uno se llevaba del encuentro y su comentario fue \u201cgratamente sorprendido\u201d por los cambios en actitudes y liderazgos! <br \/><br \/>Para el equipo local no solo fue un logro importante, sino que dej\u00f3 bases para que la direcci\u00f3n internacional de la empresa siguiera confiando en la experiencia, organizaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de la oficina de Montevideo. Hoy la empresa sigue, poco se transfiri\u00f3 a Porto y nuevas actividades se siguen agregando al portafolio de servicios corporativos que brinda la oficina de
